چکیده

In order to broaden the range of application light weight aluminum alloys, it is necessary enhance mechanical properties alloys and combine them with other materials, such as cast iron. this study, effects adding small amounts Cu Zr Al-Si-Mg based alloy on tensile corrosion characteristics were investigated, effect addition interfacial compounds layer iron was also analyzed. Although strength not significantly affected by additions Zr, resistance in 3.5 %NaCl solution found be somewhat lowered research. The influence type thickness formed during compound casting significant, main identified Al5FeSi Al8Fe2Si phases, case alloys.
